We have a vacancy for a caseworker/paralegal who will primarily work in the family law department. Work may also involve some civil litigation/personal injury, crime and residential/commercial property.

Applicants are expected to have completed the LPC. This is because we recruit caseworkers with a view to offering training contracts at a future date based on ability.

Applicants must have the ability to think on their feet and work within a high pressure environment.

Applicants must already be familiar with the basic concepts of family law and practice.

Applicants should already have sufficient knowledge to communicate with clients and advise them adequately on less complex aspects of family law.
